On 21 November, Czech publishing house Host launched another novel by Jacek Dukaj, Other Songs, translated by Michaela Benešová.

Other Songs was first published in 2003 by Wydawnictwo Literackie. The novel received the Janusz A. Zajdel Award and the SFinks Award for 2003. It was also nominated for the PPNW Award and the Nautilius Award. Jacek Dukaj was also nominated for the Polityka Passport Award in the field of literature in 2004 for this amazing novel.

In 2021, also published by Host, a Czech translation of Lód (Ice) was released, which a year later was awarded the Magnesia Litera Prize, the most prestigious Czech literary award in the translated book category. Lód was translated into Czech by Michala Benešová and Michael Alexa.
